A vintage 22 ct gold plated pavé set pendant set with Swarovski crystals suspended from high quality faux pearls. The pendant is detachable and can be clipped over another necklace or chain. It is bombé in shape and can also be reversed and worn as a simple gold heart.
The stud closure is crafted in yellow metal with a band of Swarovski crystals and is invisible when closed.
