A beautiful vintage 22 ct gold-plated pendant crafted in the form of a heart with pavé set 'pink diamond' coloured Swarovski crystals suspended from a high quality faux pearl necklace. Just as 'real' pearls, each pearl is individually knotted.
The pendant, which is bombé in shape, can also be reversed and worn as a simple gold heart, or worn on a simple gold chain.
Date mid 1990s. In unworn condition.
