The gold tone brooch features sparkling bezel set crystals, together with hanging aurora borealis crystals and topped with a crystal set in a star.
Dimensions: H: x 6.5 W: 4.5 at widest point.
Marked with Kirks Folly in a plaque on reverse side. Dates circa 1980s.
Fitted with secure rollover clasp and in excellent vintage condition - possibly unworn.
Supplied in original Kirks Folly box.

Founded in New York in 1979 by a brother and three sisters, Kirks Folly enjoyed instant success when they secured a front page feature in the New York Times in 1980. Their jewellery is fantastical, playful and whimsical. The company ceased production in 2014 and their jewellery has become very collectable and sought after today.
