Established in the USA in 1949, Sarah Coventry Jewellery was named after the grandaughter of Charles H Stuart, the founder of the company.
Sarah Coventry produced flower brooches primarily between the 1950s and 1970s. The company, known for its and stylish costume jewelry, often featured floral designs in its collections during this time. These brooches were typically made with gold-tone or silver-tone metal and crystals. Some of the most popular designs appeared in the 1960s and early 1970s, reflecting the era’s love for bold, nature-inspired jewellery. This brooch probably dates from 1968 when the 'Remembrance' collection was launched.
