A beautiful vintage 18ct gold-plated heart pendant with pavé set aquamarine coloured Swarovski crystals. The pendant, which is bombé in shape, can also be reversed and worn as a simple gold heart. Can be attached to a chain, or a necklace and will add sparkle to a string of pearls.
Date mid 1990s. In excellent condition.
