A sterling silver triple open heart necklace designed by Elsa Peretti for Tiffany.
Elsa Peretti first started designing jewellery for Tiffany in 1974 and this necklace in iconic open heart design dates from the 1980s.
Born in Italy in 1940, Elsa Peretti was a fashion model, jewellery designer and philanthropist. Her jewellery for Tiffany & Co is included in the 20th century collection at the British Museum and in the Museums of Fine Arts in Boston and Houston.
The chain length is 16" and the necklace is in good condition.
The necklace is stamped Tiffany & Co and 925 for sterling silver.
