A beautiful vintage 22 ct gold plated pendant crafted in the form of a heart with pavé set 'yellow diamond' coloured Swarovski crystals suspended from a faux pearl necklace.
The pendant, which is bombé in shape, can also be reversed and worn as a simple gold heart, or worn on a simple gold chain (as shown in images, but chain is not supplied),
