A beautiful pair of vintage clip-on earrings by Christian Dior.

The earrings feature a polished onyx-black domed cabochon center, framed by a textured, woven gold-plated chain border.

The ear clips are tight and secure, and the pair is in very good vintage condition. There is one tiny mark on one earring, which does not detract from its beauty and can only be seen upon close inspection.

Christian Dior (1905-1957) was one of the most celebrated couturiers of the 20th century. In 1947 Dior launched the 'New Look' collection celebrating ultra-femininity and glamour, perfectly capturing the mood of post-war society.
