Make a statement with this gorgeous vintage Sarah Coventry large brooch in the form of a sunflower. The gold-plated brooch is centred with a faux topaz.

The brooch has a lovely domed effect and sits beautifully on a lapel.

Closes with a secure rollover clasp.

Diameter: 5 cm / 2 inches approximately at widest points.

Excellent craftsmanship and in good condition commensurate with its age, which dates 1960s.

Sarah Coventry jewellery was named after the granddaughter of Charles H. Stuart, the founder of the company.  It was established in the USA in 1949 and is believed to be the oldest direct selling jewellery company in the world. Sarah Coventry jewellery was at its zenith in terms of design and quality in the 1960s and 1970s. The company no longer exists.
