A stunning vintage Butler & Wilson enamel giraffe head brooch.
Crafted in rich gold-tone metal, this iconic maximalist piece showcases a stylised curved giraffe head silhouette. The face is set with pavé aurora borealis crystals, their blue-green iridescence complemented by vibrant poured enamel spots in ruby red, emerald green and amber, with a border of baguette-cut aurora borealis crystals that catch and scatter the light.
Provenance: the brooch comes from a single-owner collection, acquired during the 1980s and 1990s.
Signed Butler & Wilson in circular cartouche on the reverse and supplied in Butler & Wilson box (please note it is not the original box).
Fitted with a secure rollover clasp. All stones intact and in excellent vintage condition.
